The situation
Austin Flat Fee Agent saves home sellers thousands by charging a flat listing fee instead of a percentage commission. It's a genuinely better deal for most sellers. The problem was that almost nobody knew they existed.
Their site wasn't doing anything. Buried in search results, no clear explanation of how the service worked, no reason for a visitor to pick up the phone. Meanwhile competitors with worse offers were ranking above them and taking the calls.
What we did
We rebuilt the site on Next.js: fast, clean, and written for someone who's actually thinking about selling their home, not for search robots. Each service tier got its own landing page. The copy explained the offer in plain terms and made it obvious what to do next.
The SEO work ran alongside the build. We mapped out the keywords with real buying intent, restructured the site architecture around them, and built out neighborhood-specific pages and seller FAQ content that people were actively searching for but nobody had answered well.
Once the site was live we launched a Google Search campaign. Tight match types, focused on people in the Austin area who were already looking for flat-fee or discount listing options.
What happened
Six months later: 980 monthly visitors had become 3,410. Contact form submissions went from about 15 a month to 47. They went from outside the top 50 results on Google to a consistent number three for their main target keyword. Cost per lead dropped 40% from what they'd been spending before.
The offer was always good. Now people could actually find it.
